We spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel and it was a great experience. the location was perfect; it was close to all the places we wanted to visit, which was very convenient. the hotel offered excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool which was perfect for relaxing. Finally, the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist in any way possible.

There were a few negative things about the hotel that need to be improved. the food menu lacked variety and taste and did not look very appetizing.

The hotel was conveniently close to the railway station with decent restaurants located nearby. the rooms had comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and an impressive view of the surrounding area. the service was prompt and the breakfast menu had a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and was in dire need of repairs, making the stay quite inconvenient.

The room was not properly cleaned and did not have enough towels and toiletries. the hot water in the shower did not work properly and I had to inform the staff to turn it on.
